Looking for an experienced recruiter having -
- prior experience of volume hiring, field hiring, call center, BPO hiring
- preference worked in NBFC, Bank or agency hiring for such clients
- using multiple channels for sourcing profiles
- experience of sourcing, screening profiles, telephonic interviews,
- end to end recruitment, screening candidates, salary negotiation, closing offers
- conversant in multiple regional languages
- 6 days working, office in Koramangala 7th block
